Matt Klapman is a Director of Product on BPI’s Labs team, where he helps guide product decisions for the engineering group and prototypes new products and features. He joined to help scale BPI’s existing product suite, including ChangeOS, Decibel, and Vantage, working alongside engineering leadership to expand those tools’ capabilities.
Matt’s background is in statistics and data science. He holds a master’s degree in statistics from Oregon State University. Before BPI, he worked at Morning Consult as a data scientist, focusing on survey research analysis, advanced analytics, and client delivery. He later led a team of data scientists who transitioned into software development, building tools to support that same work.
