Neil Lobo is a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where he focuses on using key messaging research and strategy to deliver outcomes for various clients. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in leading strategic initiatives, leveraging data science, and implementing monetization strategies in the tech and adtech industries.
Before joining BPI, Neil developed privacy-first solutions and generated revenue from publisher inventory for a leading adtech platform. He previously championed and led third-party data partnerships through quantitative data evaluation as Director of Product for an international technology company.
Neil holds a master’s in management from Carnegie Mellon University. Formerly a resident of San Francisco, C.A., Neil currently lives in Boise, ID.
