We are excited to announce that Lauren Miller has joined Bully Pulpit Interactive as a Senior Director. Many of you know Lauren from our work together on the Elizabeth Warren for Senate campaign where she was the New Media Director. Over the past five political cycles, Lauren has defined how campaigns can use the internet to raise money and win elections. She will be a great addition to the team.
Senator Warren was kind enough to send this note along about Lauren’s decision to join Bully Pulpit Interactive:
“Lauren Miller is an Internet phenom who helped us build the biggest grassroots army in the history of Massachusetts politics – and raise more money from small dollar donors than any other Senate campaign in history. I’m excited to hear that Lauren is now taking her talents to Bully Pulpit Interactive as they continue their terrific work for other Democratic campaigns and organizations across the country. Lauren is the best — and I’m glad she’s on our side.”
Lauren will advise our political clients such as Terry McAuliffe for Governor, among others, and she will help BPI establish itself not just as the largest digital marketer of the democratic party and brand, but as a premier full service digital firm. Her hire complements our other additions over the past month: Will Johnson, our new Senior Director for Strategic Services, joined us from Change.org; Madeleine Perry, the former Digital Director for Sen. Sherrod Brown, is a new Deputy Director; and Danielle Butterfield, who was part of the digital advertising team for Obama for America Campaign, is our newest Account Executive.
2013 will continue to be an amazing year as we continue to be the largest digital marketing firm for the democratic party and brand, as well as a leader in the non-profit, publishing and private sectors.
